Chork is a rock climbing app. Run a bouldering competition at your gym on a live leaderboard, or play head-to-head, solo and group games against friends. Designed, built and shipped independently as an ongoing product.
Climbs score points, with bonuses for flashing a problem or reaching its zone, and your stats build into activity rings. Crews, achievement badges and live leaderboards round it out. As a PWA it installs to the home screen and runs like a native app, no app store. I own the data model, interface and rollout, and iterate with real climbers.
